I have this show I like. It's really
well made and has inspired me to really get into writing. It's helps that the
actors were well chosen and the writers knew just what to say. The supernatural
aspect of it really gets my attention as well.
I like the idea of different writers
getting together. It helps the dynamics of each character and their lines. I
only hope one day I could be apart of that world in which I understand so
little at this point.
My favorite show I find so fun to
watch that when I start it, it takes a lot to pull me away from it and watch
something else. But something I did notice that bugged me were the few words
they really loved to use over and over. One such word was naive. Don't get me
wrong- it's a great word for oblivious and blind but they seem to use it
several times in each season and I begin to wonder if they know any other
descriptions. In my writing I notice when there is a repeated word and it
annoys me after reading it several times. I try to break out the thesaurus and
use new words. It not only helps my writing but also improves and expands my
vocabulary. Now I don't have to feel little minded and dumb when I speak.
Anyways my favorite show has put a lot of great ideas and
thoughts into my head and I only wish the show could have gone on even more.
I'll have to start from the beginning if I want to see all those people again.
Which doesn't sound like a bad idea. :)
